Purpose of this document

The following terms describe how the visitors of the website blog.massivebox.net or blog.massivebox.eu.org ("Users"), including all subfolders and subdomains, are allowed to use its content, including images, videos, and articles ("Content"). It also details how the Users' data is treated.

The procedures under which our Users' data is treated are described in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to said document. Special procedures apply to users of the Comments feature. Refer to the "Comments" paragraph for additional information.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all Content in the blog except for the comments is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

The blog includes Content sourced from other parties, for example, some brands’ logos. This is done in accordance with all current copyright laws, and with respect to the brands’ usage guidelines.
If you find any Content which infringes any copyright, please notify us by email at the address legal@massivebox.eu.org. It will be immediately removed.

Comments

Some pages of the blog allow Users to contribute to the blog by leaving short texts, known as comments.
When Users leave comments, all the data they opted to provide (comment, name, email, website) is saved in our servers indefinitely. Deletion can be requested at any time by the author by sending an email to legal@massivebox.net, as long as a reasonable proof of authorship is provided (ex: sending the email from the same address of the comment).
Users are solely responsible for the content of their comment, and remain the copyright holders of it.

All comments must follow these rules:

• No spam or unauthorized advertising
• No abuse, illegal content or harmful material

Comments are actively moderated at all times, but if you find something that you think goes against the rules or should be removed, contact us at legal@massivebox.net.

This blog is not a newspaper as it is updated without any periodicity. It can not, therefore, be considered an editorial product under Italian Law n° 62 of 7.03.2001.

The blog authors are not responsible for the content of the comments to posts, nor for the content of linked sites.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without warning, with immediate effect. The updated policy will be published on this page from time to time.
